Our wild-caught North Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua), are sustainably sourced from the icy, deep waters of the North Atlantic. Within hours of catch, they are processed and single frozen. In keeping with the FINFISH mandate of offering only pure, natural, protein, they contain no additives, preservatives or chemicals. These boneless, skinless North Atlantic cod loins have a silvery, subcutaneous layer that distinguishes them from Pacific cod. The lean meat has a sweet, mild, clean flavor and large, tender flakes.
